Food & Hygienic Kits

On 27th October, the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Urban District handed over food and hygienic kits to TB patients at the Bangalore DC Urban office, identified by the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike). The distribution was carried out under the Governor’s TB Patients Adoption Scheme, demonstrating a continued commitment to supporting those affected by tuberculosis.

The event was led by Dr. Ravindranath Meti, District Health Officer (DHO) of Bangalore, alongside Ms. Vineeta, Deputy CEO of the Jilla Panchayat, Bangalore District, and Mr. AB Shetty, Chairman of IRCS Bangalore Urban, among other officials. Their collaborative efforts ensured the successful distribution of the essential kits to patients in need, reinforcing the Red Cross's dedication to health and humanitarian service.
